It simply isn't a cut flower garden without one of my favourite class of plants, amaranthus! It is absolutely stunning in a bouquet, or even alone in an antique crock on the kitchen table for a simple fall centerpiece. Copperhead, like it's name suggests, has a gorgeous copper hue that compliments so many other flowers in the cut flower garden. In fact, many of my other cut flower growing friends simply can't grow enough of it and it's friend Hot Biscuits! I promise you, you won't regret planting this beauty!
